Growth Product Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving product-led growth initiatives that enhance user engagement, accelerate product adoption, and strengthen cross-product integration within a leading B2B data and intelligence ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and engineering to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into scalable product improvements. This is a highly strategic and hands-on position where you will influence how users discover, activate, and expand their usage of digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product peers to deliver impactful features. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to improving customer experience and driving revenue growth across the platform.

Accountabilities

You will lead growth-focused product initiatives from discovery to execution, ensuring measurable impact on engagement, adoption, and business performance:

• Define and execute product growth strategies focused on user activation, retention, and cross-product adoption
• Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and experimentation
• Own and prioritize growth experiments, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver iterative improvements
• Leverage data tools and product analytics platforms to generate insights and guide decision-making
• Translate complex growth opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth initiatives with broader business goals
• Support integration efforts between multiple products, ensuring seamless user experience across the ecosystem
• Monitor key performance indicators and continuously refine strategies based on results and feedback
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with product leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on growth initiatives
• Strong background in B2B SaaS products and enterprise solutions
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and product analytics tools such as PostHog
• Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through product optimization and experimentation
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable development tasks
• Basic technical understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Solid product thinking with strong user-centric and market-aware decision-making
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and fluency in Portuguese
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Figma and product design principles is an advantage
• Exposure to Latin American B2B markets or supply chain/procurement contexts is a plus
