What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a related field
• At least 4 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience as an Agile Coach
• Proven track record of leading organizational transitions from Waterfall to Agile
• Experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale
• Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycles, including Waterfall and Iterative
