A new vacancy at a successful automotive technology company based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The friendly and talented team build hardware and software used by car enthusiasts and motorsport professionals to tune and optimise vehicle performance.

They’re looking for a Mobile Application Developer to help build and maintain their native mobile apps, which connect to vehicle hardware and tuning systems.

The role focuses on native mobile development using Android | Kotlin/Java, working on apps that communicate with external automotive devices, often via Bluetooth Low Energy. You'll be part of a small collaborative team building new features, improving performance, and maintaining existing applications.

They’re ideally looking for someone with 4+ years of Android mobile development experience, strong OOP fundamentals, knowledge of C++ and experience shipping real apps. Any exposure to hardware integration, BLE, or automotive technologies like CAN bus would be a big advantage.

The role is onsite in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The company can offer financial relocation assistance to the successful candidate.

There are 2 pay grades –

• Mobile Application Developer with a salary around $100k–$120k plus bonus and benefits.
• Senior Mobile Application Developer with a salary of up to $140k plus bonus and benefits.

They are unable to offer sponsorship so you must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
