Strategy & Insights Analyst | Contract

Job Scope

• Prepare, update and maintain essential reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business reviews and operational needs.
• Collect, compile and validate spend data across APAC to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyse datasets from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable reporting outputs.
• Support revenue calculation, verification, and invoicing processes through timely and accurate reporting.
• Respond to data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.
• Work closely with category management, field operations, customer engagement and finance teams to deliver reporting and insights.
• Liaise with global Strategy, Planning & Insights colleagues to align reporting standards and data requirements.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure timely submission of accurate data for reporting purposes.
• Supporting end-to-end reporting cycle: collecting supplier data, verifying accuracy, calculating property spend and revenue, and preparing invoices.
• Monthly KPI dashboards and reports that support business reviews and provide stakeholders with clear, reliable insights.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Reporting & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Procurement, Finance, or related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), procurement platforms (e.g., BirchStreet, Coupa), or SQL is advantageous.
• Experience translating data into insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Exposure to global corporate environments and supplier engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication abilities; highly analytical, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a complex, global environment, and recognized as a collaborative team player.
