Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator / Resource Management Specialist to join the Enterprise Resource Management team. This role is focused on supporting operational governance, contractor management, due diligence activities, risk mitigation, and access compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and the maturity to identify and escalate issues appropriately. This individual will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure operational compliance, resource tracking accuracy, and smooth day-to-day HR operations support.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring someone who is proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable contributing as an active member of a fast-paced operational team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and resource management activities.
  • Perform due diligence checks, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation processes related to contractor and resource management.
  • Manage and maintain contractor/resource tracking systems, including workforce management and access-related processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and system access control activities for contractors and contingent workers.
  • Conduct compliance validations to ensure alignment with internal policies and operational requirements.
  • Monitor operational processes and identify issues, risks, or discrepancies requiring escalation.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making when handling sensitive or time-sensitive operational matters.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal HR, operations, compliance, and business teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking within internal systems.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
  • Contribute positively to a highly collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Strong experience handling:

  • Access control/compliance activities
  • Contractor/resource tracking
  • Experience working with:
  • Workday
  • Beeline
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Workforce management or vendor management systems
  • Experience working with contingent workforce programs, contractor onboarding/offboarding, or enterprise resource management environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong judgment and professional maturity, including knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise-level HR operations or contingent workforce programs.
  • Familiarity with access management, compliance controls, or operational governance processes.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or large corporate environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk and compliance procedures.

The expected base salary range for this position is $25 – $28 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
