We’re looking for an experienced C++ / Embedded Software Consultant for a 12‑month project with a high chance of extension, working with a genuinely exciting robotics company.

This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of software, hardware, and real‑world systems—ideal for someone who enjoys building things that move, sense, and interact with their environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong C / C++ experience — you write clean, efficient code and understand what’s happening at the hardware level
• Embedded Linux experience — comfortable working in constrained or embedded environments
• Bare‑metal development — experience working without an OS and understanding the implications
• Electronics awareness — able to read schematics, collaborate with hardware engineers, and debug across the HW/SW boundary
• Python familiarity — used for tooling, scripting, or automation alongside embedded work
• 5+ years of relevant experience — you’ve shipped embedded systems professionally
• English proficiency — the team works in both Norwegian and English; English‑only is absolutely fine
