With this advertisement, we are looking for an experienced "HR Specialist" to work with us in our Kastamonu facilities with a strong focus on payroll to join our growing Human Resources department. This role will primarily support payroll and personnel administration processes while ensuring full compliance with local labor legislation and company policies. The position will also contribute to the overall employee lifecycle and HR operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively apply all Kronospan standards, including the business philosophy
- Support in all aspects of personnel administration, reporting, training, etc.
- Processing a wide variety of inquiries from our managers and employees
- Applicant management, including active sourcing and support of social media channels
- Follow up on the job ads and provide feedback to candidates on time
- Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
- Prepare and control payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
- Handle SSI notifications, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and social security regulations
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel processes
- Support audits and provide payroll/HR reports as required
- Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of HR and payroll processes
- Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure accurate data flow
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, HR, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on payroll
- Bachelor's degree from related faculties
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Fluency in English
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Logo or similar payroll software (experience with systems like SAP is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- High level of confidentiality and responsibility
