Key objective of this role is to support of the execution of Total Rewards strategy and programs within SWE BU, support PBPs, HRD and interact with external providers and internal stakeholders & peers:

  • Execute all Total Rewards administration and reporting in line with our financial periods in SWE BU;
  • Provide strong support to TR Partner and business during the PMP and Salary Planning processes;
  • Execute all administration from TR projects.

The role will be responsible to deliver standardized work and will leverage required HR systems and tools to meet the process requirements based out of the Poland KCC.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation and roll out of Europe TR programs & policies for SWE BU, supporting TR Partner in SWE;
  • Actively participate in the whole salary planning cycle: WTW & Mercer salary survey submissions, analysis of market data, job matching, market pricing and benchmark analysis, modeler preparation, merit and salary range movement recommendation etc. with minimum supervision of TRP;
  • Take the lead in execution of the annual PMP cycle and provide strong support to TR Partner & PBPs within the process: preparation of database, data accuracy assurance in PRT, communication preparation for managers, employees and work council; follow-up & analysis of budget consumption & ratings; compensation summary management; ad-hoc requests on any PMP related questions etc;
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees, managers, TA team for TR policies related questions and requests
  • Support TR Partner and HRBPs with data analytics, insights & costing scenario’s to support Labor Relations agenda;
  • Provide ad-hoc support on any benefits related questions to TR Partner, PBPs, employees and/or managers upon request through myServices and/or e-mail requests. Partner with TR Lead in terms of any benefits analysis needed to prepare for any vendor negotiation process.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance or Economics or similar;
  • 3 to 5 years work experience, preferably in a multinational company;
  • Excellent IT software knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems);
  • Strong analytical skills necessary to perform compensation and benefits reviews;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to interface on a daily basis with PBPs, managers, external providers, stakeholders outside of SWE BU;
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment;
  • Ability to interpret data and identify areas of opportunity for simplification and capability build within the business;
  • Eager to understand HR external trends and local labor market dynamics;
  • Ability to manage meetings independently to drive results and action;
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to a variety of issues in a fast-moving environment;
  • Fluent in English, Upper-Intermediate in Spanish.
