Senior Specialist in Internal Communications & HR

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to drive the company's communication strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and energize our corporate communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the effective execution of the company's
  • Support the communication and implementation of procedures and processes derived from the environmental policy.
  • Manage and maintain the corporate internal communication platform.
  • Review, update, and coordinate relevant content to promote engagement and keep teams informed.
  • Provide support to various HR areas for the publication of news, resources, and key messages.
  • Explore new communication tools, trends, and technologies that enhance internal communication practices.
  • Support the organization and planning of events that reinforce communication and employee engagement across the company.
  • Assist in internal recognition programs and processes.
  • Contribute to the monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of employee satisfaction.


Job Requirements


  • Higher Education Degree.
  • Master's Degree in Communication or HR.
  • Knowledge of corporate communication, communication tools, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to align actions with company objectives.
  • High empathy, creativity, service orientation, collaboration, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
