Senior Valuation Manager

Your role

• Evaluate complex financial instruments across liquid and illiquid assets

• Support the onboarding of new clients and contribute to daily valuation production

• Partner with sales teams to clarify client needs and explain valuation services clearly

• Translate local market needs into quant development requirements and test new solutions

• Handle day-to-day client support, including price challenges, audit support and change requests

• Represent the business in workshops and conferences

This role combines technical valuation expertise, client-facing responsibility and strong exposure to the Luxembourg financial ecosystem.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Luxembourg within consulting, valuation team, corporate finance or fund management

• Strong experience in valuation of complex financial instruments

• Exposure to private equity, private debt and alternative investments is a strong advantage

• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment linked to valuation including AIFMD, ESMA guidelines and CSSF expectations

• Master’s degree or PhD in finance, mathematics, economics or a related field

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• German is an asset

• FRM, CAIA or CFA is a plus

• Solid understanding of the Luxembourg market is an asset
