About The Role
As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team deploying the cutting-edge Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) used in wastewater sludge management. You will manage a wide range of projects, including Equipment Supply, EPC, and Upgrades of existing THP plants. You will be part of the Project Manager team within the Operations department.

About The Role
As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team deploying the cutting-edge Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) used in wastewater sludge management. You will manage a wide range of projects, including Equipment Supply, EPC, and Upgrades of existing THP plants. You will be part of the Project Manager team within the Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate proposals, studies, projects and upgrades worldwide.
- Execute projects in accordance with contract’s requirements.
- Build good project team cooperation based on Cambi values.
- Extensive contact and collaboration with customers.
- Follow-up of partners, suppliers, and contractors.
- Source locally key auxiliary equipment and packages.
- Ensure compliance to HSEQ.
- Preparation and follow-up of plans, as well as reporting on progress and finances.
- Be the Project Manager on projects for their whole life cycle, including: Internal and external kick-off, continuous communication with client, engineering phase and submittals, interface HAZOPs, manufacturing, certifications, transportation, delivery, installation, commissioning, performance testing, project closure, handover to client and internal handover to Services division.
- Demonstrated experience in working in national, international, and multicultural environments.
- Proficient in cost estimation and project management of turn-key projects of complex process plant installations.
- Proficient in project contract management
- Skilled in the procurement of packages and equipment.
- Proven expertise in manufacturing follow-up, inspection, and expediting.
- Exposure to the manufacturing and/or operation of pressure vessels, boilers, and heat exchangers is a plus.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to gain hands-on experience in plant operation.
- A Master’s (MSc), or equivalent degree in Process/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- Over 5 years of work experience as a Project Manager in the process industry, including sectors like wastewater, anaerobic digestion, and pulp and paper.
- Experience as a Site and Commissioning Manager, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning within the process industry.
- Proven track record in revamping and upgrading process plants.
