Turkey's leading healthy snack manufacturer ZÜBER, is waiting for your application for the position of "Assistant Consumer Insight & Data Analyst ".
To be part of our growth journey, we are looking for Assistant Consumer Insights & Data Analyst, reporting to Consumer Insights & Data Analyst, to join our Marketing Team.
This role will support consumer understanding and data-driven decision making across the organization. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to analyse market data, generate consumer insights, and translate findings into clear business actions.
This is a hands-on analytics and insight role with exposure to multiple categories, channels, and projects. You will contribute to building strong data foundations while helping the team uncover meaningful consumer and market opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0–2 years of experience in research, analytics, FMCG, or data-related roles (experience in Nielsen or research agencies is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and trends.
- Ability to think in a structured and logical way.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to commute to the office (HQ in Maslak) 5 days a week with flexible working hours if necessary.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyse quantitative market data (Nielsen, internal sales data, and other sources) to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular market, category, and brand performance reports in a timely and structured manner.
- Support the creation and maintenance of data files, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Translate data into clear insights that support marketing, innovation, and commercial decisions.
- Support consumer insight projects including research studies, trend tracking, and consumer exploration.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Trade teams to understand business needs and bring insights, data and consumer lenses to workstreams.
- Prepare clear and compelling presentations to communicate consumer insights and key findings
- Explore new data sources, research methods, and tools to improve insight generation.
- Ensure high accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in all analyses.
