Cyber Security Engineer

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to create comprehensive tools and solutions for gap analysis for EU-CRA. Cooperate with Product Security Engineer and experience team members to scout innovative modern solutions to assure cyber security compliance for our products.


Responsibilities

  • Define and design cybersecurity-specific requirements for software development initiatives.
  • Ensure product and service deliveries meet defined cybersecurity assurance levels.
  • Introduce and drive adoption of cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Actively contribute to identifying, managing, and reducing cybersecurity risks in products.
  • Perform and support vulnerability analysis, including triage and risk evaluation.
  • Monitor cybersecurity execution across the software development lifecycle.
  • Anticipate and influence emerging cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and trends.
  • Represent the product security function in local and global R&D forums.
  • Develop, maintain, and share a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity risks, regulations, and market requirements across regions.
  • Create and maintain high‑quality, easy‑to‑adopt documentation and guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement of secure development processes.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
  • Experience in information security.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies/tools, standards, and processes.
  • Experience in vulnerability analysis and basic Python scripting.
  • Familiar with secure software development practices and secure SDLC principles.
  • Self‑driven, structured, and result‑oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Nice to have experience in communication networks
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Knowledge of industrial automation, power automation, or OT environments.
  • Strong information security background within software development contexts.
  • Active network within the cybersecurity professional community.
