This position will report to the Director of General Manager's Office. This person must have the ability to run a human resource area in General Manager's Office in the Director's absence. The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability.

  • 2-3 years of HR management experience in hospitality industry

  • Effective communicator (clear, inspiring, simple, situational, multi-level, multi-cultural)
  • Must be a solutions-oriented leader with conflict resolution skills.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
