Sr Product Manager

Description

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery and continuous improvement of a B2C platform focused on user management within the travel deals and opportunities space. This role ensures a seamless and engaging experience for users by optimizing how they discover, evaluate, and book personalized travel offers, with a strong focus on retention and engagement.

Acting as a strategic bridge between development teams and clients, the Product Manager ensures that product delivery is predictable, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards and business goals. Success in this role means delivering high-quality product outcomes, improving processes, and fostering strong stakeholder alignment while operating with a high level of autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

● Ensure the execution of the product roadmap, meeting timelines, quality standards, and user expectations.

● Monitor product health and delivery performance to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.

● Define and implement best practices and standards across the product development lifecycle.

● Promote continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and team workflows.

● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines, planning accuracy, product quality, and user satisfaction.

● Leverage data to identify trends, uncover structural issues, and drive product growth opportunities.

● Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to validate service perception and align expectations.

● Proactively identify and mitigate risks, leading recovery plans when necessary.

● Collaborate with Tech Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure proper team structure and delivery capability.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

● 5+ years of experience in the software industry with a strong technical background.

● Proven experience leading complex projects and working with senior stakeholders.

● Strong knowledge of project management and data-driven decision-making.

● Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, PMP, or similar frameworks.

● Advanced English level (C1).

● Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work in ambiguous environments and transform unclear problems into structured plans.

● Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
