This is a UK-wide remote opportunity for a People Coordinator who can work independently, stay organised, and contribute reliably within a structured home-based setup.

About the Role:

You will coordinate people operations across onboarding, employee experience, records, and internal process support while helping HR activity run smoothly across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming emails, documents, and internal admin requests
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and shared files
• Coordinate meetings, diaries, and follow-up actions across teams
• Prepare reports, letters, packs, or routine documents as required
• Support internal workflows, onboarding steps, or compliance-related administration
• Liaise with colleagues, clients, or suppliers to keep tasks progressing
• Help improve consistency across recurring administrative processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, or office support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy with documents and data
• Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently in a remote or home-based environment
• Professional, reliable, and able to manage changing priorities

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a structured support, HR, recruitment, or office environment
• Confidence with shared inboxes, trackers, and online filing systems
