Junior Risk Manager

Responsibilities:

Create risk reporting dashboards for various segments and countries.

Proactively monitor key credit risk metrics relating to product, channel, exceptions, and vintage performance.

Support the development of a Credit Risk Framework, including risk guidelines, policy renewal programs, portfolio credit management, and risk processes.

Document performance versus risk profiles and thresholds.

Design and implement automation strategies for analytics output, including presenting data in Tableau/PowerBI dashboards.

Develop BRD/CR documents in collaboration with EIT/Business Solutions and Data Engineering teams.

Support potential changes to credit policies through analytics.

Skills:

University Degree

5+ years experience in any analysis related role

Strong Communication skills

Good knowledge of Excel

Excellent analytical skills.

Expertise in risk technology and credit lending systems.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, with a preference for experience in both retail and corporate credit underwriting.
