Scrum Master

LaSalle Network is hiring a Scrum Master (Contract) to support a critical Agile team focused on integrations, APIs and third-party data flows. This Scrum Master will backfill a key role and ensure uninterrupted delivery, making this a high-visibility opportunity for someone who excels in technical Agile environments.

What’s the job?

• Act as the lead Scrum Master for an Agile product team
• Ensure consistent sprint execution and Agile best practices
• Coordinate across Development, QA, BA, PM and business stakeholders
• Manage dependencies related to integrations and external systems
• Track progress and metrics using Azure DevOps
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What’s needed?

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in technical environments
• Recent, hands-on Azure DevOps expertise (required)
• Background in integrations, APIs and third-party file processing
• Strong leadership, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Agile certification preferred
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus
• Must be Chicago-based and available for hybrid work

Key Details

• Compensation: $55–$70/hour
