Senior Software Engineer

Position: PEGA + Node JS

Primary Skill – PEGA; Secondary Skill – Node JS;

Experience Level: 7+ Years

Location: Onsite – Dubai

Notice Period: Immediate/Max 30 Days

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) – mandatory (minimum requirement) LDA (Lead Decisioning Architect) – certification preferred

Strong expertise in CDH (Customer Decision Hub)

Candidates with slightly lesser experience in CDH are acceptable if overall Pega expertise is strong Experience in architecture and DevOps practices is required If experience less also would work if excellent candidate in terms of technology.

Good to Have: Knowledge of Node.js (optional, not mandatory)

Requirement for

Real Time Interaction Management for LSA with below qualifications

• Hands on experience in Pega CDH Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.

• 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including at least 2 years as an LSA.

• Strong understanding of Pega application design patterns, case management, and integration capabilities.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
