About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / PMO Analyst to support the Project Management Office (PMO)

This role will assist in ensuring projects follow defined methodologies, governance standards, and timelines, working closely with senior project managers and technical teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or similar coordination roles.
• Basic understanding of IT project delivery and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience supporting project documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
• Interest in developing a career in Project Management or PMO environments.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in maintaining project governance standards, templates, and processes.
• Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Help prepare project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders for project updates.
• Support resource planning activities and follow up on task completion.
• Ensure project data is accurate and up to date in internal tools.
• Participate in project meetings, documenting minutes and action items.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting practices.
