Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer – iGaming to bring our brand and campaigns to life through high-impact visuals across digital and offline channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to create engaging, conversion-driven assets that enhance user experience and drive performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and deliver high-impact visuals for social media, CRM campaigns, display ads, website banners, landing pages, and promotional materials;

• Conceptualize and design high-converting landing pages, optimizing user flow and visual storytelling;

• Create and maintain reusable design templates (CRM, landing pages, banners) to ensure consistency and scalability;

• Develop engaging interactive experiences, including lightweight minigames and gamified features;

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while optimizing assets for performance and clarity;

• Build and evolve design systems and creative frameworks;

• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to support campaigns and product initiatives;

• Use data insights and A/B testing to continuously improve creative performance (CTR, conversion, engagement);

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in digital design (social, CRM, paid media, landing pages)

• Experience designing for conversion and performance-driven environments

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user behavior

• Experience with design systems and scalable workflows

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment

• Bonus: experience in iGaming, gamification, or interactive design
