Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

• Design and develop and review advanced machine learning models and architectures, including deep learning, optimization, and generative AI systems
• Lead complex AI/ML project initiatives, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight to cross-functional engineering teams
• Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to evaluate emerging AI technologies, assess their potential applications, and develop proof-of-concept solutions
• Review and optimize existing AI systems for performance, scalability, and efficiency, implementing advanced techniques like model compression and transfer learning
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies and implementation roadmaps
  
  

Your Profile (Must-have Requirements)

Minimum Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, with deep understanding of machine learning libraries
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural network architectures, and AI model development
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (must have GCP, nice to have Azure) and AI/ML cloud services
• Strong background in statistical modeling, data preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Proficiency in big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure
  
  

Leadership And Experience Level

• Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering
• Proven track record of leading complex AI initiatives from conception to production
• Senior technical leadership experience, capable of mentoring junior engineers and driving technical strategy
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated innovation in AI research or practical applications
