Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in Latvia as the Digital Marketing Manager. In close cooperation with the product teams and the local sales colleagues, Digital Marketing Manager, will be responsible for Consumer Electronics brands in Baltic States.

Responsibilities

•Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all offline/online channels in Baltics and adapt already created content for the local market (Print, Web, Social etc.).

•Develop and implement digital media plans with a strong focus on driving online sales and performance growth.

•Prepare and observe the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

•Launch, manage, and scale digital marketing campaigns, including coordination of creative assets and media placements.

•Set up and oversee campaign tracking and analytics, ensuring accurate measurement across channels.

•Coordinate joint marketing activities with distributors and retail partners.

Requirements

•Relevant experience within the field of products and digital marketing.

•Team player with good interpersonal skills and "can-do" attitude.

•Relevant knowledge of commonly used tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tag manager, Mailchimp etc.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian, Russian and English.

•B category driving license would be considered as advantage.
