Hybrid – 2 days working from home.

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing office in Riga. You’ll be an essential part of our growing IT team, helping us develop new technical solutions for multiple digital touch-points across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform hands-on testing of new features (functional, regression, sanity)
• Validate releases before production deployment
• Identify edge cases and ensure system stability in a fintech environment
• Design and maintain test cases and test plans
• Support and coordinate delivery of changes into production
• Build and evolve automated test coverage (API, UI, integration)
• Work closely with developers to catch issues early
• Improve QA processes and reduce manual overhead over time

About you, you have

• Experience in QA / software testing (manual testing is essential)
• Knowledge and interest in using AI tools in testing and QA process improvement.
• Some experience or strong interest in test automation
• Understanding of APIs, backend systems, and integrations
• Ability to think critically and spot hidden issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving product environment
• An analytical and logical mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and learn fast
• An organised approach to your work, with the ability to prioritse workload
• A collaborative and team-oriented personality
• Bonus: experience in fintech, payments, or EMI-related systems

Tech (flexible depending on your background):

• API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)
• Automation frameworks for UI tests
• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• CI/CD exposure is a plus
