The Role:

• Conceiving, building, and releasing polished functionality across a large-scale, distributed financial platform
• Evaluating and embedding forward-looking technologies that replace ageing components

• Lifting the capability of less experienced engineers while carving your own path to tech lead

Skills/Experience Required:

• 5+ years of production-grade C# and .NET development
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS strongly preferred
• Deep comfort with SQL and the principles that make relational databases perform
• A track record of working within CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices
• Real exposure to event-driven systems — Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ServiceBus
• Frontend experience welcomed; React knowledge is a genuine differentiator
