A well-established Irish healthtech business with a market-leading position, a proprietary system- SaaS platform, and an ambitious growth agenda across Ireland and the UK.

A senior executive role reporting to the Managing Director. You'll own product and technology end-to-end — strategy, roadmap, platform, and team — with a seat at the leadership table and real autonomy to shape the company's next chapter.

Responsibilities

1. Set and own the product and technology strategy
2. Lead development of the cloud platform, billing engine, and mobile apps
3. Build and lead the engineering and product teams
4. Drive the roadmap from discovery to delivery
5. Integrate AI and automation to improve efficiency
6. Uphold GDPR compliance and platform security

Essential

1. Over 10 years senior product or technology leadership in Fintech/Healthtech/MedTech.
2. Delivered products to market – customer focussed CX journey
3. Team building and engineering leadership
4. Continuous improvement – Process Improvements- Operational efficiencies
5. Commercially minded with product led revenue growth
6. Strong IT background in LAMP, AI and digital solutions, and Azure ( scaling cloud SaaS platforms)
7. Regulated / compliance environments
