Team Lead Software Engineer (.NET)

The Team Lead Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and support applications built on the Microsoft .NET stack. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions while guiding technical direction and best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise .NET applications and web services in line with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide effort estimates, plan delivery, and guide task allocation to meet project timelines.
• Resolve complex technical and production issues, including root cause analysis.
• Promote coding standards, testing practices, and architectural best practices across the team.
• Work with project managers and external vendors to deliver and support system integrations.
• Continuously improve application performance, quality, and team delivery processes.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 8 years of software development experience, including hands‑on Agile delivery.
• Strong experience across the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
