Scrum Master

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Scrum Master who can support Agile project delivery and help teams work smoothly and efficiently.

Tools: ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, gTest

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile meetings like backlog planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help the team stay on track and meet delivery timelines.
• Work closely with developers and business teams to solve issues and remove blockers.
• Assist in understanding business requirements and documenting them clearly.
• Maintain and update tasks in Jira and create useful documentation in Confluence for different teams.
• Ensure Jira boards are well-organized and provide clear visibility of progress to both team members and management.
