We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing Department at our Headquarters located in Istanbul / Çekmeköy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product management processes with a strong focus on product development
- Generate innovative product ideas based on market insights and consumer needs, and drive execution
- Work closely with R&D, Product Development, and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Own and manage all product elements including formulation brief, packaging, design, content, and positioning
- Take an active role in new product development projects, from concept to launch
- Define product strategies aligned with local and global brand objectives
- Analyze market trends, category dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
- Manage pricing strategy, profitability, and product performance
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively
- Identify product gaps and growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategies
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and drive agile decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development within FMCG or cosmetics industries
- Strong experience in new product development processes
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret data (market research, sales, cost analysis) and translate insights into strategic actions
