Product Manager

With the aim of providing easily customizable online pre-employment assessment tests, eSkill Corporation has developed into a global leader in employment-related skills testing. eSkill provides organizations with a web-based skill testing service. Specifically, the eSkill application lets hiring and training managers configure tests from our extensive subject library to match their hiring and training needs and reduce the risk of hiring failures and discrimination litigation.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 4-5 years of experience in product management, with hands-on experience in product discovery and delivery
• Experience managing complex product initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong execution skills - you can move from idea to delivery efficiently
• Hands-on experience with product discovery (e.g., user interviews, problem validation, testing solutions)
• Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable product plans
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams around shared goals
• Confidence in communicating and presenting in English (including to international audiences)

• Experience working with US customers or markets
• Familiarity with product analytics and data-informed decision making
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing)

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously (typically 2 major streams at a time)
• Own the product lifecycle within your area—from discovery and validation to delivery and iteration, working within defined product strategy
• Conduct product discovery: gather user insights, validate problems, and explore solution approaches
• Translate strategic priorities into well-defined product solutions, requirements, and plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact work within your domain
• Drive execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product initiatives
• Proactively communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders, including US-based audiences
