Key Responsibilities

Data Visualisation & Insights

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact dashboards in Tableau
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

Data Engineering & Architecture

• Optimize and maintain BigQuery data pipelines
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable data models
• Support transition and evolution of BI tools and data architecture

Automation & Efficiency

• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier) to streamline reporting
• Improve workflows and reduce manual processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Align local business needs with global data strategy

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles
• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, optimisation)
• Strong experience with Tableau (dashboard design & storytelling)
• Experience with BigQuery, data modelling, or modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, GitHub)
• Background in fast-paced environments (tech, consulting, scale-ups)
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on impact and problem-solving
• Experience with automation tools or AI-driven workflows is a plus
• Degree in a quantitative field (STEM preferred)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
