Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business operations and customer service performance through data-driven insights. This role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Synthesis & Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets related to business operations and customer service performance to drive informed decision-making.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain regular reports and interactive dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and critical operational metrics.
  • Pattern Recognition: Identify trends, statistical patterns, and specific areas for improvement based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Business Intelligence: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical data requirements.
  • Operational Optimization: Support performance enhancement initiatives by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and the timely delivery of all reporting outputs.
  • Ad-hoc Analytics: Execute specialized ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks to support evolving business requirements as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Statistics major preferred). Candidates with extensive experience may be considered upon formal written confirmation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience. Prior experience in IT, Telecommunications, or Contact Center data analysis is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (complex calculations and data modeling). Familiarity with modern data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Competencies: Proactive mindset with a clear ability to prioritize tasks. Strong capability to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks with dedication and professionalism.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
