Up to €150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

PLEASE NOTE: This role is a 100% Business Development focused position.

We’re partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing InsureTech organisation seeking a high-performing VP Business Development to lead new business growth across Continental Europe.

This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on expanding market presence across the DACH, Nordics, and Benelux regions, driving revenue growth and increasing brand visibility within the insurance sector.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new clients across the P&C insurance market, selling technology, digital transformation, and managed service solutions into insurers, reinsurers, and adjacent markets.

This is a pure hunter / new business role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and winning strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategy across Continental Europe

• Win new logos across insurers, reinsurers, and insurance-related markets

• Build senior relationships with decision-makers across target clients

• Drive brand awareness and market presence across DACH / Nordics / Benelux

• Sell technology, digital implementation, and managed service solutions

• Work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and networking

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in new business sales / business development

• Strong network across the Insurance / P&C market

• Experience selling into insurers, reinsurers, or InsureTech markets

• Strong understanding of technology, digital transformation, or managed services

• Highly driven, energetic, and self-motivated personality

• Credible, structured, and relationship-led approach

• German language skills highly desirable

• Based in Germany, Netherlands, or wider Continental Europe preferred
