Our client is delivering a railway electrification project within the Rail Baltica programme – one of the largest infrastructure developments in Europe – and is looking for an experienced Schedule Manager to join the team in Riga.
This is a key role within a complex engineering environment where accurate planning, structured schedule control, and proactive monitoring directly contribute to successful project delivery.
If you have solid experience in project scheduling within large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects – this opportunity is for you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide planning support across all aspects of project execution, including monitoring, recording, and analysis of performance against baseline schedules.
- Implement and manage planning processes and procedures in accordance with project requirements.
- Regularly update project schedules and develop non-standard schedules where required.
- Analyse and highlight critical schedule issues and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
- Identify and analyse performance across critical paths and report schedule risks and opportunities.
- Assess the need for improvements in planning processes and implement changes where required.
- Support project performance assessment, including application of EVM principles.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and tools (Primavera P6 or equivalent).
- Ability to analyse complex schedules and performance data.
- Mandatory English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
