Job Title: Product Analyst

Department: Product

Reporting to: Director of Product

Location: Hybrid / HQ / Remote

Role Purpose

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to turn product data into clear insights and opportunities, helping our teams build better products and drive measurable commercial impact

The Right Person Will Be

  • Curious and proactive — finds opportunities and spots trends rather than just answers questions
  • Comfortable challenging PM thinking with data
  • Strong communicator — can simplify complex analysis and deliver to the Product team along with stakeholders
  • Outcome-focused — cares about impact, not just reporting
  • Data driven to lead product decisions across Sports, Gaming and Core journeys
  • Provide clear visibility on product performance, customer behaviour and opportunity areas
  • Enable Product Managers to move from opinion-led → evidence-led prioritisation

Key Responsibilities:

Product Performance & Insight

  • Own product performance tracking across key journeys (e.g. acquisition, onboarding, early player lifecycle funnel analysis, betting, retention and payments)
  • Analyse feature adoption, engagement and commercial impact post-release
  • Identify friction points, drop-offs and optimisation opportunities
  • Be curious, look for hidden trends and opportunities that the PMs should be aware of and capitalise on
  • Work with the research team to build out customer insight with real data and validation

Commercial & Customer Analysis

  • Build and maintain funnel analysis (e.g. registration → deposit → bet → repeat)
  • Segment users (new vs returning, high value, behavioural cohorts)
  • Quantify revenue or relevant KPI impact of product changes

Experimentation & Optimisation

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation design
  • Measure impact of tests and feature releases
  • Partner with PMs to prioritise high-impact opportunities

Data Visualisation & Reporting

  • Build dashboards for PMs and leadership (self-serve where possible)
  • Create weekly/monthly insight packs per domain
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

Product Team Partnership

  • Work directly with PMs, Designers and Tech Leads
  • Shape hypotheses and define success metrics pre-build
  • Embed into product squads where needed

Key Outputs (What Success Looks Like)

  • Clear visibility of product performance by domain
  • Regular identification of measurable optimisation opportunities
  • Evidence-based prioritisation across roadmaps
  • Increased feature adoption, conversion and retention
  • Stronger post-release accountability

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong SQL (or equivalent) and data manipulation skills
  • Experience with product analytics tools
  • Experience building dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Strong commercial mindset — understands revenue drivers, not just metrics
  • Ability to translate data into clear product recommendations
  • Experience working closely with Product teams
  • A domain expert would be preferred with experience in the Betting and Gaming industry and an excellent understanding of its customers
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on delivery role, managing both strategy and execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile development environments
