A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking an experienced OFCI Project Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

This is a senior site-based role with responsibility for overseeing the delivery, coordination, and installation of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) electrical equipment packages. You will act as the primary interface between the client, OFCI vendors, and the wider project team, ensuring all technical, programme, quality, and confidentiality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

As OFCI Project Manager, you will take ownership of all client-supplied electrical equipment packages, providing strong technical leadership, stakeholder coordination, and programme control to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical and process lead for OFCI packages, serving as the key interface with client-appointed vendors and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the OFCI team to ensure works are engineered, planned, and installed in line with project requirements
• Support engineering, programme, and commissioning activities through close coordination with key project stakeholders
• Ensure all vendor equipment is fully coordinated with construction sequencing and the overall project programme
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with the client, OFCI vendors, and relevant stakeholders
• Track, monitor, and report progress across all OFCI packages
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues
• Provide technical oversight to prevent or resolve contractual and operational disputes
• Maintain strict adherence to client security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience working with an M&E contractor on large-scale projects
• Qualified Electrical Engineer or equivalent – essential
• Proven experience leading complex equipment packages from design through installation and commissioning
• Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in engineering systems software and project management tools
• Experience working on large-scale, mission-critical construction projects
