Job Title: Python Developer
Location: Sweden (Onsite/Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a dynamic technology team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, backend systems, and data processing, with the ability to build scalable and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend systems
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, frontend developers, and product teams
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
- Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
- Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in data engineering or working with big data tools (Spark, Kafka)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Exposure to machine learning or data analytics is a plus
- Experience working in international or distributed teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
