We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics & Performance Manager to lead three core areas of our marketing engine: Paid Media, Data & Analytics, and Website. This is a strategic leadership position for someone who can see across all our digital channels, connect the dots between data sources, and own the intelligence layer that drives our marketing decisions globally.
You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and coordinate global teams operating across multiple markets and time zones.
What You'll Own
➡️ Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate three specialized teams: Paid Media (global campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn), Data & Analytics (HubSpot attribution, lead scoring, deal source rules), and Website (performance, UX behavior, migrations).
- Set standards, workflows, and reporting cadences across those teams so data is consistent, accessible, and actionable.
- Be the connective tissue between paid performance, organic, SEO/AEO, web analytics, and attribution at a global scale.
- Own the marketing attribution model end to end: define how we measure revenue contribution by channel, market, and campaign type.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give the marketing leadership team and the business a clear, real-time picture of performance across all markets.
- Lead SEO and AEO strategy in coordination with content and growth teams, with a data-first approach.
- Analyze user behavior on our website (heatmaps, funnel analysis, session data) and translate findings into optimization priorities.
- Own our marketing data infrastructure: ensure tracking is clean, tools are properly integrated, and reporting is reliable across all markets.
- Synthesize data from paid, organic, web, CRM, and product to surface insights that influence budget allocation, campaign strategy, and go-to-market decisions across 50+ countries.
- Own the analytical point of view of the marketing org — you're the person who tells us what the data means and where we should go next.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong analytics and performance track record.
- Proven experience coordinating or managing Paid Media and Data teams in a global B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling — you've built one, iterated on it, and defended it to senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Looker or similar BI tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, heatmap tools, and Google Search Console.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and how marketing attribution maps to pipeline and revenue — non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of SEO/AEO and how they interact with paid and content strategy.
- Experience working across multiple markets and time zones simultaneously.
- AI-first mindset — you actively use AI to automate reporting, data analysis, and marketing workflows, and you stay current as the tools evolve. This is not optional.
- Fluent English, written and spoken + (Spanish or Portuguese)
- Thrives in hypergrowth environments where speed, ambiguity, and scale are the norm.
- Direct access to the Head of Marketing with real influence over strategic decisions that impact 50+ countries.
- You'll be joining a company at a historic inflection point — the largest Series A in Latin American history — with the infrastructure, team, and momentum to match.
- Remote-first with the option to connect with our global offices across LATAM, Brazil, Europe, and North America.
- A players work with A players. We're building one of the strongest marketing teams in the region, and this role is central to that.Responsabilidades clave
