Creator Partnerships Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Find the voices shaping design culture. Build relationships. Keep our outreach system organized. And help our brand collaborate with the best of the best.

What You’ll Do
This is a high-volume, high-focus, high-ownership role. You’ll be managing 100+ conversations at once
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with interior designers, architects, home renovation creators, and design-forward influencers
- Lead all collaborations end-to-end
- Build and manage a tiered partnership program
- Negotiate deals that make financial sense
- Brief creators in a way that protects our brand aesthetic
- Source and manage UGC that feeds our ad creative pipeline
- Build relationships with design publications, editors, and media contacts
- Track every partnership's impact on revenue, traffic, and brand equity
- Spot emerging creators and trends before they blow up
- Coordinate product seeding, PR boxes, and gifting programs that feel intentional, not desperate
What You Bring
We don't care about your job title history. We care about your taste and your rolodex.
- You can scroll Instagram for 10 seconds and tell us which interior designer has 50K followers but influences $5M in purchasing decisions
- You understand the difference between an influencer and a tastemaker
- You've built creator relationships before
- Your personal feed is full of architecture, interiors, design, travel, and culture
- You know who Jeremiah Brent, Amber Lewis, Jake Arnold, and Studio McGee are. You also know 20 rising designers they haven't heard of yet
- You've managed budgets and can negotiate a deal that doesn't overpay for vanity metrics
- You've worked in or around interior design, luxury lifestyle, fashion, or home
- Data-informed but taste-driven. You track performance but you choose partners based on aesthetic alignment first
- You've built something of your own. A community, a brand, a creative project, a following. Something that proves you understand what makes people care

Compensation
- $1,500–$3,000/month USD (based on experience)
