Role/Responsibilities

We are a successful global fixed-income fund manager running multiple portfolios/strategies, looking for a full-time data analyst with meticulous attention to detail to perform analytics in the fixed income sector.

Reporting to the Head of Data Science, the role is full-time and will involve analysing data to communicate the activities of our funds and the wider market to investors, along with maintaining the codebase for performance analytics and reporting. In particular, the role will involve using R and Excel to manage and present data; generating bespoke analytics to interpret data for investors and other stakeholders; and delivering timely reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Attention to detail is absolutely critical in this role, as the analytics generated are key to communicating with investors, ratings agencies, regulators, and due diligence auditors. In addition, the role requires maintaining the existing R and Excel codebase and working with the data science team to develop new tools as circumstances dictate.

Pay will be market-competitive in all respects, with the opportunity to earn significant bonuses based on performance and equity participation in the business.

Skills/Experience

Ideally suited to a person with meticulous attention to detail and experience with R and Excel. Suitable candidates will possess the following attributes:
