About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Core Retail Platform (CRP) team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be at the forefront of our transformation journey, specifically overseeing the integration of the Future Energy Platform.
This is a pivotal role where you will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring our move toward next-generation energy solutions is seamless and robust. You will act as a key bridge between technology and business, managing vendor performance and collaborating across teams to embed new ways of working. This role is based in the iconic Bryant & May Building in Cremorne, Melbourne with flexible working arrangements of 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Project Manager to join our Core Retail Platform (CRP) team on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the integration of the Future Energy Platform into the broader CRP Program, documenting milestones and ensuring delivery timelines are met.
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager to develop work plans, acquire necessary resources, and devise contingency plans for identified risks.
- Engage directly with vendors to ensure contract compliance and performance delivery meet our transformation objectives.
- Maintain deliberate and regular communication across all levels of the business to foster alignment, commitment, and successful change adoption.
- Monitor project governance frameworks, including issue management and change control, while providing high-level reporting to the leadership group.
- Facilitate strategic business case activities and report findings from trials to help guide our emerging market initiatives.
- 5+ years in a similar role supporting large-scale business and technology transformation projects.
- Experience in the Retail Energy industry with specific experience in Customer Energy Resource (CER) integration (e.g., Virtual Power Plants, Demand Response, or EV integration) being highly regarded.
- Strong experience using Atlassian JIRA/Confluence or similar project management tools, alongside a solid understanding of PM methodologies.
- A natural ability to solve complex problems, influence others, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Exceptional administration skills and the ability to provide clear, accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
