Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist – Trading Platform | Dubai

A fast-growing trading platform company based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to join their team.

🔍 About the Role

This role focuses on analysing user behaviour, identifying conversion opportunities, and executing A/B tests to optimise the customer journey across digital platforms within a competitive trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve acquisition, activation, and retention
• Run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, funnels, and trading interfaces
• Analyse user behaviour using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with UX/UI, product, and marketing teams to implement data-driven improvements
• Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Continuously optimise funnels for Forex and trading-related products

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation or a similar role
• Mandatory experience in Forex / trading industry
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in testing tools (e.g., Optimisely, VWO, Google Optimise)
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Understanding of customer journeys within trading platforms
• Experience working with landing pages, funnels, and performance marketing teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in CFD, crypto, or multi-asset trading platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for experiment implementation
• Familiarity with UX principles and behavioural psychology
