Lionbridge Games is looking for video game enthusiasts to become:

VIDEO GAME TESTER (FQA/entry level/on-site Warsaw)

About the project:

You’ll test games before release — from indie to full AAA. Some of them your friends, haven’t even heard of yet. When you find something, you describe it in English, suggest improvements, and check later if it’s fixed. As new versions come in, you’ll keep track of changes and see how the game evolves.

No experience in game testing? That’s fine.

This is your entry point into the games industry. You don’t need to know how testing works yet — we’ll show you.

You’re not just playing — you’re helping shape the final experience.

What you will do:

• Jump between builds and look for bugs
• Describe issues clearly in English
• Suggest what could be improved
• Check later if it’s fixed
• Track how the game evolves over time.

This might be for you if you:

• Play games and enjoy different platforms (PC, consoles, mobile, VR)
• Notice details and quickly spot when something feels off
• Can describe issues clearly in spoken and written English (min. B2)
• Are available during the week.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that this is not a remote role — daily presence in the office in Warsaw, Poland is required. We do not sponsor or assist with obtaining Visa or work permit.

You must meet specific citizenship or work permit requirements to be considered for this role (e.g. Polish citizenship, EU citizenship, permanent residence, or a valid work permit).
