Job Description: Role: Project Manager

Duration: 12 months

Hybrid: 2 days a week on-site: Toronto

• Act as the primary interface between company and the client for the assigned engagement(s)
  
• Build and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leadership
  
• Proactively manage client expectations and ensure alignment with contractual commitments
  
• Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively
