Experience Required: 6-8

• Facilitating Scrum Events: Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure they are productive and time-boxed.
  
• Removing Impediments & Blockers: Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks (e.g., technical issues, dependency delays, or external stakeholder bottlenecks) to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted workflow.
  
• Coaching & Mentoring: Coaching the team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and Scrum practices, particularly for team members new to agile, while helping them adopt a customer-centric mindset.
  
• Product Backlog Management: Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining an up-to-date, transparent, and refined Jira backlog that aligns with business requirements.
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders (e.g., product management), providing governance, and communicating project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  
• Ensuring Compliance & Quality: Ensuring that the team adheres to financial industry standards, such as SWIFT messaging and ISO 20022.
  
• Performance Metrics Tracking: Generating, analyzing, and reporting team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time) to identify areas for improvement.
