We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager / Executive / Consultant to provide strategic guidance and expert feedback across the product lifecycle. This is a role focused on elevating product thinking, refining direction, and supporting the team through high-quality insights.

Care1 is a revenue-generating medical AI and technology company that is changing the way eye doctors think about patient care. 

Our cloud-based software connects eye doctors (ophthalmologists and optometrists) allowing them to screen, diagnose, and treat patients remotely. We also implement deep learning AI models for the automatic detection and treatment of complex eyecare diseases. Over the past decade we have grown Care1 to integrate with over 300 eye doctors across Canada, who have used our platform to deliver care to over 150,000 patients. This makes the Care1 network one of the largest tele-eyecare networks worldwide.

Our in-house software engineering team has also developed the world’s most advanced deep learning artificially intelligent software for medical eye care. Our vision is to become the leading eyecare AI platform in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic feedback on product roadmap, priorities, and long-term vision
• Review product initiatives and offer guidance across discovery, design, and delivery phases
• Offer input and feedback for areas of improvement on product workflows and processes
• Support leadership in product decision-making and trade-off discussions
• Mentor and coach internal product and cross-functional team members 

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management
• Experience leading or advising leading product teams

Assets:

• Background in B2B SaaS products
• Experience in healthtech or telemedicine 
• Experience in early-stage or scaling startups 

• Flexible hours, remote-first 
• This position is part-time for 1-8 hours per week
