Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with integrated security gates
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for system reliability
- Ensure DevSecOps practices and audit-ready infrastructure
- Manage multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments
- Optimize network performance and low-latency systems
- Design high availability & disaster recovery (multi-region/multi-cloud)
Required Experience
- 7+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience in regulated environments (Banking/FinTech preferred)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (or equivalent)
- Strong background in distributed systems & high availability
Core Skills
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
- Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi
- AWS (mandatory), Azure, GCP
- Python / Bash / Go / Ruby
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle
Nice to Have
- CKA certification
- Financial systems (SWIFT, ISO 20022)
- eBPF / DPDK knowledge
- HPC (GPU / FPGA) exposure
- Cloud cost optimization tools
