Product Designer (UI/UX) - Junior+ or Medior

1. ROLE

We're looking for a Junior+ or Mid-level Product Designer.

We value 'skill' over years on a resume, so don't hesitate to apply even if you are early in your career.

You'll work directly under our Head of Product, who brings a strong design background and hands-on design leadership. That means real mentorship, fast feedback and daily exposure to senior-level product thinking. You'll grow fast if you bring the right technical foundation and drive to learn.

What you'll do

• Design user flows, wireframes and hi-fi interfaces for new features across web and mobile
• Take features from concept through iteration to a polished, shippable result
• Build, maintain and scale our design system in Figma
• Define components, tokens and patterns that keep the product consistent and scaleable
• This is foundational work, not an afterthought
• Revisit shipped features based on feedback, analytics and QA findings
• Push for continuous improvement in how the product looks and works
• Use AI tools in your workflows, aimed to enhance, not replace human thinking
• You experiment with new tooling and bring what works into the team's process

Experience

• 2+ years of professional product design experience or skills to match
• Background working in a fast-moving startup environment with short feedback loops
• Experience designing for marketplace or two-sided platform products

Product Design

• You understand layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography and interaction patterns
• Your designs are clean, consistent and intentional
• You're comfortable designing from zero
• You are familiar with responsive and cross-platform design
• AI is part of how you work, not something on your someday list

Figma power user

• You've mastered Figma, auto-layout, components, slots, and variables are part of your daily toolkit
• You know enough front-end to help you design with technical feasibility in mind
• You understand how tokens, components and patterns connect design to development at scale

Ownership and initiative

• You deliver strong work on your own and speak up when something feels off
• Put a problem in front of you and you'll explore, structure and deliver a solution
• You take feedback without ego and explain design rationale in a way stakeholders can follow
• You catch issues and inconsistencies before they reach production
• No one here will micromanage you, and you don't need them to
