Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re working with a top branding agency in London who are on the hunt for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and elevate their design projects to the next level.
You’ll bring raw talent, curiosity and a strong creative instinct to every project—helping them craft work that pushes boundaries and delivers real impact for their clients.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Solid motion design skills to bring concepts to life effectively.
- Expertise with industry-standard tools, particularly Figma.
- Significant experience designing complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, responsive design, mobile-first strategies, and web standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of UX processes and methodologies.
- Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and organised, capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Advanced skills in applying interaction design and research methodologies to solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions, helping to shape the creative vision of each project.
- Maintain design and content consistency across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Confidently present designs and design systems to clients, articulating your creative vision with clarity.
- Create digital storyboards and animation boards as needed to bring ideas to life.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate innovative ideas and push the boundaries of digital design.
- Create user-focused UX/UI solutions, taking projects from initial concept through to final handoff for development.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to tackle complex interaction challenges and refine design solutions.
- Partner with product managers to transform low-fidelity wireframes, rough sketches, and ideas into thoughtfully crafted user interfaces and experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless execution and consistency across the final product.
