Bluefors is the world leader in cryogenic measurement systems, and we are now excited to welcome a (Senior) Product Manager to our Product Management team in Helsinki.

In this role, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of Bluefors’ product portfolio serving technology corporate quantum computing customers. Your primary focus is enabling Tech Corporate customers as they scale their quantum systems, through platforms and system solutions such as modular cryogenic platforms, wafer probing solutions, and high‑power cryogenic systems. You will act as the voice of the Tech Corporate customer, developing a deep understanding of their system roadmaps, integration challenges, and scaling ambitions—and ensuring these insights shape product and portfolio decisions.

Working closely with Product Leads, R&D, operations, and commercial teams, you will translate complex customer and business requirements into clear product definitions, prioritized roadmaps, and compelling business cases. You will also drive lifecycle decisions, pricing and configuration, and go‑to‑market planning—helping Bluefors deliver scalable, reliable quantum solutions that leading technology companies can depend on.

Main Responsibilities

• Own product planning, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Tech Corporate quantum computing products, including modular cryogenic platforms, cryogenic wafer probing solutions, and high‑power cryogenic systems
• Develop deep customer and market understanding of Technology Corporate quantum computing roadmaps, system architectures, and scaling challenges
• Translate customer, segment, and technical requirements into clear product definitions and strong business cases
• Work closely with Product Leads and R&D throughout product creation and launches
• Drive portfolio prioritization and roadmap proposals aligned with Bluefors’ Win Quantum ambition
• Own commercial performance for assigned products, including pricing, margin, and configuration governance
• Lead go‑to‑market activities in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
  
  

What we expect from you

• Strong Product manager experience with a track-record of creating and driving to market successful products that drive company success.
• Experience engaging with enterprise or technology corporate customers in high‑complexity B2B environments.
• Proven ability to build product strategies, write strong business cases, and deliver product outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and financial and business acumen, including pricing and margin ownership.
• Technical background in physics, cryogenics, engineering, or related deep‑tech fields is a strong plus.
